"Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."
Always it isn't until we completely give up on saving ourselves, and relying on our own efforts to get us through, that we experience the grace of God. The breaking point is where it all happens. The moment we surrender, Jesus can do the impossible. He only asks the impossible of us, so that we will see that it is exactly that and ask Him to do it for us. Friend, if you are struggling right now with the impossible, I want to encourage you to give everything to Jesus. "How do you do that?" You ask, By coming to the end of your own resources and humbly asking Him to do it for you. Remember His promise in Matthew 7:7-11:
"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. 9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? 10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? 11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?"When we ask God to help us He will do just that! Let us hold onto His Promise. Let us ask for the Holy Spirit. Let us ask for a Christlike character. Let us ask for a new Heart. Jesus desires to give us these things too! :)
